Shipping & return
We offer domestic,foreign and European shipping and delivery on all Claudia Strecker products. Orders are sent with Fedex, as soon as we have a valid payment. The delivery time is 2-5 business days for domestic delivery & 5-10 business days for international delivery.
Denmark: 7 Euro including VAT
Europe: 20 Euro including VAT
Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for these costs.
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You are as a Customer obliged to inform us before you return the item. The returns need to be in the original packaging and be unworn. This means that the shoe must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customers.
We’ll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method. For returns, return shipping will not be reimbursed.
